Hi! My name is Morgan Chappell. This is my sixth year teaching at Carrollton Elementary School! I got my BS and MSEd from ODU. I love teaching and inspiring kids to read and to love to read as much as I do.
I am a Smithfield native and absolutely love the Isle of Wight Community. I have two kids, one in fourth grade and one in Pre-K. I love to spend time with my family and spend the summer at the beach!
